How to replace Battery for Roam smart tracker?

Battery
This product uses a replaceable CR2032 coin battery that lasts up to 1 year. When the battery runs out, replace it using the steps below:
How to Replace the Battery
- Grip the bottom compartment and turn it counter-clockwise until it opens.
- Remove the old battery.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Place the bottom compartment back and rotate it clockwise while gently pressing until it tightens and the rotation stops.
