At Roam, we stand by the quality of our products. If your Roam Smart Tracker experiences any issues due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll make it right.
Roam offers a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. Please note that defects caused by accidents, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the product's instructions are not covered under this warranty. In the event of a defect, we will replace your device once we receive it.
For International Customers:
Please be aware that a shipping fee may apply for warranty replacements outside of the Roam Smart Tracker’s home country. This fee helps us cover international shipping costs while ensuring you receive top-quality service.
This warranty is in addition to any consumer rights provided by your local laws. Even if the warranty period has expired, you may still be entitled to support based on the consumer protection laws in your country.
