At Roam, we stand behind every tracker we make. If something goes wrong because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

Our Warranty Promise:

Roam Smart Tracker offers a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.

This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow the instructions provided.

If your tracker is confirmed defective within the warranty period, we will replace it.

For International Customers:

For customers outside the UK, USA, Canada, Australia,  a shipping contribution may apply for warranty replacements. We'll always be transparent about any costs before proceeding — there are no surprises.

This warranty is in addition to any consumer rights provided by your local laws. Even if the warranty period has expired, you may still be entitled to support based on the consumer protection laws in your country.

    To help us quickly address your issue, please include a description of the problem, your device model, and the operating system of your phone.

  3. Our Support Team is Ready to Assist:
    Our team will guide you through troubleshooting steps and, if necessary, explain how to return and replace your device.

In most cases, we can resolve issues swiftly, but if your device is found to be defective and is within the warranty period, we'll replace it with no hassle.

Authorised Retailers

Your warranty is valid whether you purchased directly from us or through one of our authorised retail partners.

Purchases from unauthorised third-party sellers are not covered under this warranty. If you're unsure whether your seller is authorised, contact us at care@roamsmarttracker.com before purchasing.
