Google Find Hub App (Android™ Device)

Pairing requires a phone or tablet. Locate items using the Find Hub app on your phone or tablet. The device must be running Android 9 or a later version is recommended.

1. Turn On the Roam

  1. Press and hold your Roam for 5 seconds — it will beep and power on.

2. Add the Roam

  1. Place your Roam next to your Android device.
  2. Wait for the pop-up to show Roam Smart Finder, tap Connect, and follow on-screen instructions.
  3. After naming and setting the category, you can locate your Roam in the Find Hub app.

3. Set Up Lost & Found QR Code

  1. Scan the QR code on the back of your device and follow on-screen instructions to set up your Lost & Found QR code.

Find the Roam

  • Select the Roam you want to find and tap Play sound — your Roam will emit a buzzing sound.
  • View and navigate to the location via your phone’s built-in maps.

Enable Lost Mode

  1. In the Find Hub app, select your Roam and tap Mark as Lost.
  2. Follow the prompts to add your contact information.
  3. Then, activate your Lost & Found QR code at app.roamsmarttracker.com/signin.

Note: The option appears only when the Roam is not near your paired Android device. In Lost Mode, you’ll get a notification when it’s detected by the Find Hub network.

If you find a lost Roam, turn on Bluetooth and open the Find Hub app to scan it. The app will detect the lost Roam and display the owner’s contact information.

Remove Your Roam

  1. Open the Find Hub app, tap your item, then tap Device details.
  2. Tap Remove from Find Hub, then tap Remove to confirm.

After removal, the tracker beeps and enters pairing mode (it does not power off). If you don’t re-pair within 10 minutes, it exits pairing mode and goes to standby (undiscoverable). To re-enter pairing mode: press the device button once — you’ll hear a beep and it’s ready to connect.
